What program is that?
It’s “Weather Report,” a GNOME applet that sits in your panel and deals out weather information. On the panel it has a small icon for the current conditions (“sunny,” “rainy,” etc.), and the temperature. When you click it, you get these details, a forecast from NOAA, and a radar map from the Weather Channel.
